This design is a remix of Super Frodo's TWCS Detent, tailored for space and flight sim enthusiasts who appreciate adjustability. As someone who enjoys these simulations, I was drawn to its versatility. However, I soon discovered that Buckyball magnets can be quite costly if you don't already have them on hand. To overcome this challenge, this remix employs 8mm x 3mm magnets, which I found more readily available at a reasonable price. These magnets will snap into place without requiring any glue, making the assembly process seamless. For added convenience, the upper Detent piece features a through hole that allows you to remove the magnet if it's inserted incorrectly – a mistake I personally made during the printing process. If your printer produces excessive "smush" on initial layers, I recommend printing the upper detent in lengthwise orientation with supports along its extension. This will ensure the magnet fits perfectly without needing post-processing adjustments.
