This box can be broken down into two sections and utilized in its current state. It's straightforward enough that you should be able to easily convert it into a double-sided version. I almost forgot to mention the dimensions for the tofu knife or block light insert: 216x310x1mm. You'll need to acquire your own aluminum plate or plastic board to complete this project. In terms of printing materials, I recommend using metal-based options in order to prevent electrostatic marks from appearing.
