Humans appreciate minor flexibility in rods, and an 8mm split bushing ensures constant contact as it wears down. I'm eager to test this bushing on a printer soon. Dimensions are 15mm outside diameter and 24mm height, with a true inner diameter of 7.98mm. This value may need adjustment based on print quality. I also added a 7.85mm version for a bit more spring pressure in the rod.
