8mm Round Polyurethane Belt Welding Clamp

This is a fast reworking of mdkendall's Parallel Jaw Pliers with a modification added to the jaws to use them as a welding jig/clamp for joining 8mm Polyurethane round belting. Once you see how it operates, it should be simple for anyone to modify these for other diameter urethane round belts as required. Assembly is the same as the Parallel Jaw Pliers and will need five 3mmx8mm cap-head screws, plus two more 3mm screws of your choice (the same size works perfectly) to hold the belting.
