8mm Leadscrew Prusa i3 bearing mount

When I upgraded to 8mm leadscrews from M5 Z-screws, I required a mount for the bearing at the top and thus created these. These mounts are designed for the bearings that came with my kit for the extruder - although I'm not certain what model or type number they are, they have an 8mm ID, 11mm OD, and 9mm height. This design is entirely new and doesn't draw inspiration from anything previously created.
