Mounting a print board or similar device requires a small plastic block designed specifically for this purpose. A zip tie is carefully pushed through the block from one side, with the "head" remaining in the large part of the hole. A bolt or screw is then inserted from the opposite side to secure the block. As a result, the tail of the zip tie protrudes outward. Next, the tail of the zip tie passes through whatever needs to be mounted, and the head of another zip tie is fitted onto the tail, effectively securing the object in place. My RAMPS board, for example, uses four blocks for mounting purposes. Cut-off zip tie heads can come in handy after rewiring a printer. They are particularly useful when setting up instructions with a 0.4mm nozzle and layer height, as specified here. The block itself is rather small, making the degree of infill irrelevant for such tiny objects.
