These custom mounts were specifically designed for a 2011 Triumph Speed Triple. The dimensions have been scaled up by 4% to ensure a secure press-on fit with ABS systems. The designs are compatible with most 8mm head types, although you might need to adjust the size or material of the bolts accordingly. To use these instructions, keep in mind that the parts have already been pre-scaled for perfect fit (+4%). Follow these steps to replicate: 1. First, take note of the printing specifications used for this model: * Conversion ratio: 2x * Material: Black ABS * Print temperature: 230C * Layer thickness: 0.2mm * Shell count: 14 Shells * Infill percentage: 10% * Printing speed: 30mm/s By replicating these settings, you should be able to print two sets of 30 mounts, which would be sufficient to cover all the bolts on your Triumph motorcycle. Each set took about 90 minutes to complete when printing at 30mm/s.
