I engineered this component to be attached directly to an 8mm motor shaft. The adapter is manufactured in two separate parts, which are securely fastened together using two M3 x 10mm machine screws. I employed the following tools: HobbyKing's Multirotor Folding Propellers, a set of 4 high-performance propellers featuring a 9x4.7-inch diameter and both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation capabilities.
