I crafted this piece right before printing my redesigned pieces for the AM8 frame. I didn't want to waste half a roll of PLA material to discover that the bars wouldn't fit or were too loose. So, I created this tool which spans from 8.1 to 8.9mm (0.1mm increment). The arrow points towards 8.2mm. .1 > .2 .3 .4 .5 .6 .7 .8 .9 Just print out this piece, and use a guiding rod to see which of the holes provides the best fit for your needs. In my case, 8.4mm turned out to be the ideal diameter for a tight fit, but this may differ based on your filament, nozzle, flowrate...
