This is an 8mm film projector of an endless track. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cy_mY1iS7DA I design custom gears from Gear Model For 3D Printer Print Settings Printer: Creator Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.18 or 0.08 Infill: 15% Notes: I print a High-Resolution gear because one part requires it. Post-Printing Creating Circuit This is a list of electronic components that will be used to create the circuit. Motor Tamiya 70190 Mini Motor Multi-Ratio Gearbox (Gear ratio 5.1:1) LED OSM74E56F1A Schottky diode 1S3 33Ω resistor Switch Single pole double throw You must create a circuit as shown in the figure below. Assembling Projector Please carefully read these assembling instructions for the projector. I have prepared both ai file and obj file for case production. Choose either one, but I recommend using the ai file. If you use a laser cutter, the board thickness will be 2 mm. The three-bladed shutter is not needed, so it has been left out. You must prepare a ready-made loupe and shafts. I use ETSUMI E-203 with Lens diameter: 20 mm / maximum diameter: 31 mm and Tamiya 70105 3mm shaft. Creating Films Prepare film for the projector. The film length is 67 frames. If you do not have 8mm film, create original film using OHP sheets. This software converts serial number images into a single sheet that can be printed (Drag and Drop). Then print it on a 2D inkjet printer and cut it out using template.ai with a laser cutter.
