Update May 3, 2022: I recently tried printing an object that completely filled the print bed of my bear Prusa and discovered that this endo mount hits the power supply at the extreme X axis position. It's fine for prints that don't go that close to the edge, but otherwise, this mount either needs to be redesigned, or the power supply repositioned further outwards, so as not on interfere with the endo mount. If I redesign the mount, I will post it here.***************************************************************************This mount holds an 8mm endoscope and screws into the back of the Bear Exxa Mosquito carriage by H2OSlicer (based on the Bear Exxa by GregSaun). This mount might fit the regular Bear Exxa, but I've only tried it on my mosquito-equipped machine. If the regular Bear Exxa has the same carriage, and the V6 nozzle is in the same place, then this mount should work there too.Prints without supports, but you'll need to orient it correctly. Make it out of something that can take some heat, since it will spend some time near the heat bed. PLA definitely will not cut it. I'm using ASA. Takes an 8mm M3 screw and square nut to secure the camera. Remove the lower left screw on the Bear Exxa, as you're looking at the back of the carriage, and replace it with this mount using a 15mm M3 - note that a 14mm screw is too short and a 16mm is too long. I got my endoscope a few years ago on banggood - this one on Amazon looks just like it: https://amz.run/5SqoShort video shot with the endoscope: I've included the F3D file for anyone who wants to modify this. I'm sure there are plenty of ways it could be improved. I'm not an expert in 3D modeling or Fusion 360, and ran into problems trying to add all the fillets I wanted at the end. I eventually gave up, since I knew the model would serve my purpose. If someone with more skills than I have makes an improved version, I'd be happy to try it out. As it was, I couldn't find any existing mounts that would serve my purpose, so I made this one.
