I created this to replace the worn-out bed bushings on my i3 bed. My PLA bed bushings were slowly deforming over time due to the combination of bed heat and a warm enclosure. I've found that PETG also works fairly well as a bushing material and is more temperature-resistant than PLA. However, PETG can be challenging to print nicely when there are frequent retractions. This design is intended for printing with just enough perimeters to connect inside and outside walls without infill, which results in fewer retractions compared to many other bushing models. - It has a spiral center for even wear. - A cable tie notch helps keep it securely in place within my holder.
