8mm Bearing IGUS Style

This is an 8mm linear bearing for testing Igus part RJZM-01-08 (http://www.igus.com/wpck/3663/drylin_r_rjum_01?C=US&L=en). The outer casing is printed in ABS, and the inner cylinder is printed in specially designed Igus Iglidur 180-PF Tribo-filament. This filament is made to withstand wear caused by repetitive motion. To learn more, see here: http://www.igus.eu/wpck/12019/iglidur_TriboFilament?C=DE&L=en Instructions Print the shell in ABS with 30% infill, a 0.1mm layer height, and parameters that include a nozzle at 250 C and a heated bed set to 100 C with a light coating of ABS slurry. The insert was printed using the same parameters as above but made with the Igus filament and had 100% infill. I've provided four different versions of the inner sleeve. When printing an 8mm ID, it needs to be slightly sanded in order to fit. In my case, a sleeve that's 8.3mm ID fits tightly on an 8mm rod. You might need to experiment based on your printing conditions to achieve the desired fit.
