I designed replacement bearing mounts for the standard aluminium bearing blocks found in most printers. However, their outer diameter (OD) didn't match the 16mm requirement for my new 8mm polymer bushings, so I created custom models to fill this gap. Printed with PLA, these mounts work seamlessly with my bushings and can also be used with standard linear ball bearings as long as they have a matching 16mm OD.
