This should be a precise fit replacement for the Z-Carriage part on the Hypercube, crafted to integrate seamlessly with existing components, requiring minimal adjustments. I designed it to print at 95% flow in Cura, noting that varying extrusion settings can significantly impact the fit's accuracy. Specifically, I aimed for a snug fit over the 2020 extrusion, which proved to be a challenging yet rewarding design goal. To ensure optimal printing results on your printer, I've included the Step file, allowing you to make necessary adjustments as needed. Initially, I printed the original part from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2427740, but it showed signs of weakness along the front end, prompting me to merge elements and create a replacement that could be easily swapped into place.
