I crafted this assembly while lubricating the 8mm rods of my printer using gloves, thinking it would be more convenient to have a tool that fits the purpose perfectly. The assembly consists of three parts: the tube, the plunger, and the cap. To complete the plunger, you'll need an additional component - a gasket or o-ring with precise dimensions: 0.187" inner diameter (4.75mm) and 0.35" outer diameter (8.9-9mm). I utilized a Harbor Freight gasket kit for this purpose, and Super Lube was used in the grease tube. Printer Settings: Printer: QIDI Tech Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.12 Infill: 30% Notes: No support or rafts were necessary; cooling was initiated at layer 4 with a fan speed of 65%. I printed these parts in ABS using three shell layers and seven top and bottom layers. My infill settings were 30% for the tube and cap, 100% for the plunger, and a layer height of 0.12mm - feel free to adjust them according to your preferences.
