Because I feel a growing frustration with all the calibration tests that go to waste using different filaments, I decided my tests should also serve a purpose. That's why I thought Coffee Art Stencils would make excellent models for First Layer Calibration. My first design in this series is a adorable Bear Cub that I printed at 0.2mm layer height so that the base only makes for a single layer for easy visual inspection. It turned out just as you see it, and other tests will follow with different designs until I create a nice collection of shapes to choose from when I'm serving my wife her Saturday morning coffee. The size of the stencil (75mm) fits most common coffee cups, smaller coffee mugs, and cappuccino glasses that I have in my kitchen. If you prefer containers of a different size, simply resize accordingly using your slicer. I've provided the STL file, GCODE file used as well as the Design Spark Mechanical .rsdoc file (solid geometry) for your use.
