8Bitdo Zero Case
thingiverse
This is a case I designed for the 8Bitdo Zero controller by 8Bitdo. I wanted a compact controller that I could carry with me everywhere I go to play games on my smartphone. However, I didn't trust myself to stuff it into my bag without any protection, so I came up with this case. The design fits perfectly around the controller, leaving no room for movement, and features clips that secure the two halves together when carried. A hole has been added in one half of the case for a lanyard if attached to the controller, allowing it to fit snugly inside without any issues. On both the top and bottom of the case, I placed 8Bitdo logos for a professional finish. In the photo, you can see the infill used in the white piece. Unfortunately, I forgot to increase the perimeter before slicing the file, but I kind of like how it turned out! To match my controller's colors, I printed the case with two different hues. However, feel free to customize it with your favorite color and material. PLA works well for this project. If you enjoy this design, be sure to let me know! You can even print one yourself using the files available on my profile. As a modeler still learning the ropes, I appreciate any feedback and am excited to share more ideas soon!
