Part Dimensions: 237.7 long x 78.2mm high x 15mm thick Before printing it is recommended that your 3D printer be e-step and flow calibrated so that it can provide greater dimensional accuracy for my products. To give it a beautiful final finished look so that the layer lines are nearly completely hidden you will want to print these face down on a textured plate such as a PEI build plate. No supports are needed for any pieces. If printing with a multi-color printer: The "combined" file has all the piece parts already in place with no clearance gap between pieces so that they bond together during multi-color printing. You'll just need to color them appropriately with your slicer. For a faster print, only color the first 3-4 layers in order to save material purge waste. If printing with a single color printer: Files have been provided for individual piece parts. You will need to print the following quantities. 1x Shell (black or grey/silver), 2x full hearts(red), 1x half heart(red), and 3x heart shimmers(white). The STL files that have been included for this type of printing have been given approximately a 0.15mm gap all around (0.30mm total) so that they can be pressed into each other. Keep in mind that everyone's printer prints a little different dimensionally, so if your prints don't fit at first you may want to either look closely to see if there is any one spot that is binding that can be sanded down (such as the seam line or bulging corners) or you can slightly resize the inside parts in your slicer by incruments of 0.1%. An example would be to reduce the glimmer from 100% size to 99.9" size, until you find the perfect fit for your particular printer performance. IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE GOING TO TRY RESIZING, BE SURE TO ONLY RESIZE IN THE X AND Y AXIS. YOU CAN DO THIS BY UNCHECKING THE BOX IN YOUR SLICER THAT SAYS "UNIFORM SCALE", THEN ADJUST THE X AND Y VALUES. Lastly, there are two border options, one with a backing and one without a backing. The one with the backing will allow for a sturdier print and let you easily place a dab of superglue to the back of the inserts for a permanent assembly.
