Here is the rewritten text: 86MiniCNC Version 0.5 =========================== 86MiniCNC is a cutting-edge, open-source Mini CNC machine designed by Chris Wang for Motion86 library DEMO (http://www.86duino.com/?p=19443&lang=en). All parts and actuator mechanisms are printed using the "86Duino Enjoy" 3D Printer. Download STL files now! The controller of 86MiniCNC is the powerful "86Duino One," an Arduino-compatible mini-computer that can do much more than what Arduino can do. 86MiniCNC features three axes CNC with three NEMA17 Motors and A4988 as motor drivers. The native motion control module, aka "MCM" in 86duino one, controls nine motors or encoders simultaneously. We also provide the programming interface "86Motion Library," available for all 86duino boards. 86MiniCNC includes basic CNC functionalities like GCODE, HOME, JOG, IncJOG, and MPG. Additionally, it features plotting functionality to showcase its control ability. 86MiniCNC can be divided into three main parts: body, shell, and panel. Body: * base_bridge.stl * y_guideway.stl * y_slider.stl * y_moving_plate.stl * y_couple_gear.stl * 86duino_breadboard_fix.stl * motor_holder.stl * motor_holder_case.stl * x_guideway.stl * x_gear_rack.stl * x_couple_gear.stl * z_couple_gear.stl * z_gear_rack.stl Shell (optional): * shell_back.stl * shell_front.stl * back_door_bottom.stl * back_door_top.stl * case_handle.stl * hinge_down_left.stl * hinge_down_right.stl * hinge_up_left.stl * hinge_up_right.stl Panel (optional): * panel.stl * panel_back.stl * button.stl * button_arrow_down.stl * button_arrow_up.stl * button_axis.stl * button_enter.stl * button_mode.stl * button_scal.stl * handwheel.stl It's optional to print the shell, but if you do, you'll need acrylic sheets. The sizes are as follows: * 160mm x 72mm x 2mm x 2 sheets * 210mm x 175mm x 2mm x 2 sheets * 230mm x 175mm x 2mm x 1 sheet * 155mm x 155mm x 2mm x 1 sheet Panel accessories: * LCD (Nokia 5110) * Buttons (Cherry MX keyboard button) * Encoder (ky-040 rotary encoder) Screw size: M2 or M3. Some larger parts may require a 300mm x 300mm printer. In future generations, we plan to make all parts smaller than 200mm x 200mm, allowing them to be printed on a 200mm x 200mm printer.
