thingiverse
868MHz Moxon rectangle antenna with mounting system designed specifically for telemetry, long range radio systems (LRS), and other applications. This innovative design allows for easy mounting on a tripod using a snap mount or directly on a radio carrying handle. Two versions of the carrying handle mount are available; choose the one that suits your needs best. Print Settings: Printer: Malyan M150 Rafts: Not required Supports: No support needed Resolution: 0.2mm precision Infill: 20% for optimal performance Notes: Insert a 0.8mm copper wire into the grooves and secure it with a thin layer of epoxy. Antenna cable (RG316) can be attached using zip ties. Use M3x8 screws to attach the arm and clip. Clip elements should be glued together with CA, followed by some sanding if necessary. Frequency Tuning: For TBS Crossfire and FrSky R9 systems, some tuning adjustments may be required. To tune for 869MHz, use a slightly shorter copper wire. With lengths similar to those shown in the tuning picture, a VSWR of 1.3 can be achieved. Cable length from TX should be approximately 22cm with an SMA connector included.
