810 DripTip for Wotofo Profile Mesh RDA

<p>So, the other day i dropped my bottomfed Mod and it perfectly landed heads first on the ground. Intrestingly the drip tip scattered into a douzen pieces.</p> <p>Well since we're here, lets design a custom one.</p> <p>You can either print it as is, standing with roofed support; or flip it upside down and go with no support because the inner design should have not too steep overhangs.</p> <p>It should fit snugly tight into the Wotofo Profile (and other 810 tips i guess), and get those lips a little further away from the metal too.</p> <p>Either way you'll likely have to have raft or at least brims enabled, or your bed adhesion has to be insanely good. Since the material has 2mm strenght and has rounded edges at the top and bottom.</p> <p>PS: Yes, i know they're even delivering replacement DripTips with the RDA... but where's the fun there?! ;-)</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p><h4>ATTENTION&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;<br/> MAKE SURE to choose material that is somewhat foodsafe, since you have your lips and liquid around it all the time! No Glow in the Dark stuff or similar pretty please!!!<br/><br/> I used red PETG just as a proof of Concept here.<br/><br/> Heat Resistance should also be taken care of, since it might get quite warm in the chamber once you stop getting cold air in there.<br/><br/></h4></p> <p><h4>Print Settings</h4></p> <ul> <li>Raft<br/></li> <li>Support<br/></li> <li>Resolution / Layerheight: 0.1 - 0.2<br/></li> <li>Solid print<br/></li> </ul> <p><h4>Notes:</h4><br/> crank wall strength / line count up to 2mm / 5 lines so you get a nice and massive circular piece. <br/><br/> Even at 0.1mm and a speed of 30mm/s i takes just around half an hour to finish If you get the Seam settings right, there shouldn't be any post printing work needed. <br/><br/> No gap filling and fixed seam position did the trick for me. This way you have no stringing from random seam positioning on the inside.<br/><br/> The Version in the pictures was printend upside down, with no support and only skirts.</p>
