How I Designed This Following a cpu fan upgrade, my pc case no longer assembled correctly. An 80mm fan was too tall to fit inside the cramped space. I utilized my 70mm slim fan instead, which was available in stock. After only two hours spent with Openscad, I had designed and fabricated this simple solution. The addition of the printed part results in a mere 2mm increase in height for the fan, enabling it to fit perfectly within its new location.
