80mm TinyBoy Mini-Fabrikator cooling
thingiverse
I didn't need any of the other filament coolers to do what I wanted, so I made my own. It's controlled by a switch on the side and hangs off the back when I'm not using it. The fan guard is two prints with a thin filter element sandwiched in between. I got the filter from a standard 80 click-on guard. I ordered the switches from wish.com under geek accessories, and the filter came from amazon.com under bgears cooling fan filter 80mm. I trimmed down the filter with a razor blade. I used an old fan that was sitting around from another project where the holes had been augured out, so you might have to edit or drill the holes in the duct to fit your fan. Recently, I added a blue LED fan from amazon.com under thermaltake blue eye adjustable control af0025.
