Uh... no idea what it's exactly called but fan shroud I guess? Fins point 40 degrees off the fan axis. The resulting airflow is almost perpendicular to the fan axis. VS. conventional tube ducts, it's great for tight spaces. The duct can be rotated to point the air in any 4 directions of the fan. Slots for the fan cable are measured according to my own fan so your mileage may vary. Feel free to do your own modifications.
