This model is based on Rosewill's RCX-Z80-AL 80mm Sleeve CPU Cooler Fan, available at newegg. While I omitted the clamping mechanism and roughly estimated the fan blades' shape, the rest of the dimensions are accurate. I applied this model in a heater/cooler setup and believe others can benefit from it too.
