I had a tough time finding a mount like this on Thingiverse. This was specifically designed to screw into my SmartRapCore's wooden frame for ramp cooling purposes. Just use regular PC fan screws for the fan itself, then screw the fan into wherever you need it to be. The holes for mounting are 4mm in diameter. Be sure to post your creations! Give credit where credit is due and respect the non-commercial license.
