This fan guard/grill is specifically designed for an 80mm fan. Its utility extends to computer fans as well as the cooling of 3D printer electronics. The primary function is to prevent injury when attempting to insert one's head into the spinning blades. Measuring 4mm in thickness, it can also be customized through your slicer's scale option to achieve a different thickness. A variation of this design features countersinks for bolts.
