To attach an 80mm fan on my Prusa printer's side for cooling purposes, I created a mounting kit comprising three parts: a frame rod clip, a slotted arm, and a fan frame. The design allows multiple tilt adjustments along various axes to accommodate diverse placements. Assembling the kit requires a few 10mm M3 screws and nuts, as well as appropriate M3 or 4-40 screws for the fan. Additionally, it has an integrated clip to securely fasten the fan wires within the slotted frame, promoting neatness. The frame clip is specifically designed for use with M8 threaded rod, which can be securely clamped using the provided side holes in the clip, although I discovered that it remains stable without additional support. The parts have a printed volume of 15.56 cubic centimeters and require a build volume of 81x81.5x12.7mm.
