I'd like to utilize this approach, but I believe it's even more cost-effective and lightweight if we eliminate larger "plane" areas and fill them in after printing with inexpensive, thin sheets of standard materials such as paper or plastic film. Additionally, I'll incorporate a small 3mm hole so the nozzle fan can be securely attached.
