CNC Dust collection head fit for a 80mm spindle on a CNC machine.Both printable TPU (or flex PLA) brush heads or with purchased bristles  **** May not work in hard plastics!!!  it is designed to be FLEXIBLE! 2 parts for easy access to spindle/end mills100% printed from flexible TPU/Flex PLA for extra safety and flexibility. Wont damage machine if crashed or other unknown hits happen.Smaller profile than others so less machining space lost.Nice, tight, friction fit, no magnets or other accessories to purchase (etc bristles if you prefer over printed fingers) 2"OD (50mm?) 1 ¼" ID vacuum tube fit.Smaller head size for less leaking of vac around material edgesSupports are needed, and Flexible aren't the smoothest printing with supports. Heat gun can be used to soften bumps and smooth with putty knife. if desired/needed inside.The TPU “brush” works really well, but over time they get chewed up in the bits during use.
