80mm Brushless Outrunner Motor Fan Cover

This is a custom-designed fan cover suitable for 80mm Brushless Outrunner motors. Specifically crafted to fit the Flip Sky 80100 motor, it should also work seamlessly with the 8080 motor by Flipsky due to their identical manufacturing processes at the same factory. Additionally, this cover is likely to be compatible with Alien Power and Maytech motors, all of which are produced in the same facility; however, I have not personally tested these applications yet. The fan cover's primary function is to enhance cooling for the motor while shielding its windings from debris. The design features a left side and a right side, depending on your perspective when standing behind the motor after installation. To ensure optimal performance, the blades are angled in the opposite direction of rotation, thereby preventing them from scooping up debris. To print this fan cover, you will need the following materials: * 31 grams of ABS or PETG filament (PLA is not recommended due to its inability to handle high motor temperatures) * 4 M5 screws, preferably 8mm in length
