8040 Propeller Optimized for Printing, V1.0: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:30284 Added meshmixer supports. These propellers fly exceptionally well; they're the only ones I use now. I've abandoned all store-bought 8040 models in favor of these, and that's exactly the size I prefer for my FT Flyer (my primary plane). Don't hesitate - print them immediately and start redirecting your propeller budget to other pursuits.
