My First Attempt at Building a Model from Scratch Using Fusion 360 Results in an Accurate Aluminium Extrusion Design. I Utilized Fusion 360 to Create This Model, Which Measures 80 X 40 X 100mm and Is Made of High-Quality Aluminium. To Scale the Length of This Model in Cura, Simply Uncheck the Uniform Scaling Option and Enter Your Desired Height. Initially, I Printed a Small 20mm Tall Section of an 8040 Extrusion and Was Pleased with the Outcome - It Turned Out Nice and Accurate. I Would Appreciate Any Feedback on How to Improve This Model, as I've Found That Various Size Aluminium Profiles Are Hard to Come By, but Can't Find the Specific 8040 Size I Need. Here's a Breakdown of My Printing Settings: Layer Height - 0.15mm; Supports - No; Adhesion - Brim; Filament - 1.75mm Fluorescent Orange Ziro; Nozzle Diameter - 0.4mm; and Printer Model - Unknown Chinese Tronxy DIY Printer. I Used Fusion 360 to Design This Model, Which Can Be Scaled in Cura by Unchecking Uniform Scaling and Entering Your Desired Height. The Initial Print of a Small 20mm Tall Section of an 8040 Extrusion Was Accurate and Well-Received. If You Have Any Suggestions on How to Enhance This Design, Please Let Me Know - I'd Be Happy to Hear Your Thoughts!
