8020 Extrusion Zip tie Cable routing clip

This is a custom printed clip designed to add a channel for small zip ties. The design has been refined from a Thingiverse model (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:820557) and made slightly thicker. This clip provides a secure cable attachment point for the 20x20mm aluminum extrusion used in Lulzbot's Taz printer. It is part of a project to improve cable management in the Taz, as an enclosure has been built around the printer. Blue skies, Jim Rasmussen TabSynth Design Works LLC Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.27mm Infill: 98% infill with two shells Notes: This small part requires precise printing and slicer settings, as the details are critical to its fit. To use it, run a small zip tie through the slot and twist it onto the 20mm extrusion at a 90-degree angle. Snap in the cable and secure it with the zip tie. The design is easily removable, secure, and reusable. Enjoy.
