8020 1" Based Linear Bearing
thingiverse
Big kudos to Solidus Labs as I stumbled onto a delta design with this concept in it, 8020 based linear bearing. I plan to also work on a project around the Misumi 1515 since my soon-to-be-finished delta has these extrusions. This project is still ongoing and will need a bridge between the two used for the bearing. The bridge can then be attached to your gantry, delta arms etc. I will post a generic bridge as soon as I get the chance. It's based around using 5/16 or 8mm ball bearings, but I want to try and suggest using 8mm air soft BBs instead. Also, the extrusion length shown is 4.075 inches and should produce little noise or binding. As a final note, I don't have a printer available yet to test them out, so I appreciate any feedback you could provide.
