Our current project focuses on a self-employed vehicle restaurant that provides free, high-quality meals to patrons. These meals are made without chemical additives and include traditional preserves known from ancient times, such as cured meats, pickled vegetables, and ready-to-eat meat dishes. The standard portions consist of an 800 ml can containing a meat meal and a 400 ml can with a supplement like noodles, potato puree, or pasta. This combination serves as a complete meal for one to two people. We aim to offer a variety of meat dishes in the 800 ml cans, such as chops with sauce, beef roulades with sauce, and fish burgers with sauce. These dishes will contain at least 70% meat to ensure essential minerals and trace elements are provided. In the 400 ml cans, we plan to offer preserves like noodles in salt water, dumplings filled with vegetables, and potato puree made from real potatoes. All meals will be produced without labels or stickers on the cans, reducing manufacturing steps and focusing on the essentials. The restaurant is a non-profit foundation, aiming to keep people healthy, well-fed, and prevent damage caused by unhealthy eating habits.
