I scaled down the print size to 1 inch in Cura to ensure a precise fit on the build plate. I printed the wheel flat on the plate with supports strategically placed throughout to provide added stability. To allow for smooth spinning, it's essential to break free the wheel from any constraints after printing. My own experience has shown that removing all supports is sufficient to achieve this freedom of movement. The result is a guaranteed working model. This print was completed using my Monoprice Mini Delta 3D printer and Monoprice Clear PLA filament. Infill density was set at 40% to maintain a balance between structural integrity and material efficiency.
