This Clamp is Built for 20x80 Aluminium V-Slot Style Extrusion (Z-Axis C-Beam on a WorkBee CNC). Mounting Holes are Spaced 60 MM, Compatible with Standard M5x20 Socket Head Screws. Two of These Clamps are Sufficient to Secure an 80mm Diameter Body Spindle (4.6kg is the Weight of the 1.5kW Water Cooled Version). It's Designed for Tandem Use: Two Identical Clamps. To Adjust the Tilt of the Spindle for Perfect Vertical Alignment, Simply Place One or More Aluminium Foils Between the Upper or Lower Clamp and the Extrusion. The Ring Incorporates Hexagonal Nut Traps for M5 Nuts. This is the Most Basic Clamp Ever Made. Edit: The Design has Been Updated to be Even Stronger and More Durable.
