80/20 Threaded Foot Insert for 1530

This part fits snugly into the end of a double-wide extrusion, specifically the 1530, which is a regular weight component. For those using the lighter 1530LS variant, this part would likely fit loosely in place. The center hole has been carefully sized to accommodate a 1/2"-13 tap for an adjustable foot that can be customized as needed. I printed my own version from PLA material with walls that are 2mm thick and an infill percentage of 45%. Due to the design, no supports were required during the printing process.
