While constructing my enclosure for my Prusa MK3, I discovered that the filament door wouldn't make contact with the internal gasket. The 80/20 material used for the enclosure features a turn/lock mechanism within the channel of the extrusion in some products, which I utilized to secure the panel. To withstand the significant torque applied to this component, you'll need at least four perimeters when printing it. Additionally, due to the overhang, supports will be required. I strongly advise printing with PETG, as its ability to handle repetitive stresses makes it an ideal choice for this application.
