I've confirmed that neither the 80/20 nor Faztech brands offer compatible components for joining parallel extrusions. Considering your specific needs, you could opt for using a butt-joiner; however, this setup might not be ideal, especially given your requirements for linking long 1530 and 40-4096 pieces together seamlessly. The current system is well-suited for any combination of 15 or 40 series extrusions without the need for modification. To complement existing connectors, I've successfully designed a hidden bottom/inside 90 degree corner adapter, matching the style of the standard 2 bolt top/inside 90 degree corner adapters currently in use. Unfortunately, an equivalent component is not commercially available. Utilizing ABS material at a 50% infill setting, these custom parts were printed and exhibited a perfect fit, which may require gentle tapping with a mallet to achieve smooth sliding movements – no breakage occurred during the process.
