I designed this enclosure to fit perfectly under my aquarium, and I control it using a reef-pi. It can be used with a Raspberry pi, Arduino, or manual switches. The box hinges open, so I plan on using stainless cotter pins for the hinge pins. Outlets are common US Decora style. The cable inlets are designed for 2 PG11 cable glands, allowing a power cord into one and switching wiring into the other. This project relies heavily on what you're controlling it with and what relays you're using, so the included relay mounting plate is blank. Print that piece as is, drill it, attach standoffs, and mount your relays or use this as a template to make your own in CAD with standoffs and print it complete. I haven't printed that plate yet because I'm waiting for another 4-channel relay, using 4 solid-state and 4 mechanical. I'm not including any wiring plans due to the custom nature of it. It was printed quickly at .24mm thickness with a 5mm brim on an Ender 3. I used 20% infill due to wanting some durability with the force plugging and unplugging cords. It turned out very stiff after printing due to all the various contours. It will need a little sanding and filing to clean up mating pieces and holes. I didn't use any supports and designed the features to not need them, but the vertical holes just need a little TLC after. Dimensions are 200mm X 120mm X 90mm minus the wings. The box mounts on the wings, this one is going to be hanging, outlets down in my application. I used #6 - 3/8" pan head Phillips screws to attach relays and the relay mount plate. I used #6 - 5/8" pan head Phillips screws to attach top to bottom. I added a mount plate for a 4-channel solid-state and a 4-channel mechanical relay with a terminal strip in the middle. I enlarged screw holes slightly in base and relay mount plate so less chance of fracturing standoffs. I had another project that broke a standoff, so trying to avert that. Added additional clearance to cable gland holes and nuts. Printed a mock-up that worked without any cleanup and no support for the cable gland. https://amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZZVQR5Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://amazon.com/gp/product/B0057OC5O8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://amazon.com/gp/product/B010UDG6NG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
