Human-Created 8-Sided Spiral Bowl Design This design features an 8-sided spiral bowl with four press-fit legs, allowing for maximum flexibility in printing. The bowl body prints flat and can be as large as your printer's base allows. Printing Settings: * Printer: 3D Stuffmaker Prusa Explorer * Rafts: No rafts are needed * Supports: No supports required * Resolution: .3mm resolution ensures crisp details * Infill: 20% infill for a sturdy yet lightweight structure Notes on Printing Materials: PLA is the recommended material due to its flexibility, allowing the bowl to shape as required by the legs. Design Process: I was inspired by a wood trivet with a spiral cut that can be converted into a bowl. I sketched out my design and trialed it using a 3Doodler pen, which worked as expected.
