8 Plaques = CUBE PUZZLE
thingiverse
Thanks for Stephane Chomine model 2010. 8 pieces Goal: Solve a 5x5x5 puzzle. 15 holes Only one solution. Update (March 10, 2018): I added the File Set with a 0.2 mm clearance. According to your suggestion, I removed the 0.5mm clearance set that was too loose. Depending on your printer's accuracy, you have other options: - STL file set with 0.1 mm clearance and 0.3 mm bevel for a 5cm cube. For the 0.1 mm file, the hole in the E piece is 10.2 mm (10mm + 0.1mm + 0.1mm). The unit cube measures 9.8mm (see picture measured by 3D Builder). If the hole is too tight for you, replace the E piece with the "E 5cm 0.1 Big Hole 10.5mm.stl" file. - Two STL files with 0.02 and 0.04 mm clearance, 5cm height, and 1mm bevel. Remember that inflating an STL file will increase the clearance and make it looser. Conversely, shrinking the file will decrease the clearance and make it tighter.
