8" Pegasus Titan Extruder Mount

Thanks to @TES737 for the design starting point and to @chrisqwerty for the Titan dummy design reference:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1514324 This modified Titan mount design positions the center of the top of the hot end exactly as it does with the default extruder on an 8" Pegasus. I own an 8" Makerfarm Pegasus with upgraded lead screws and refuse to sacrifice print area. Designs that place the motor on the right result in lost Y print area due to the forward position of the hot end. Another issue is the compact size of the Titan, which causes the Z axis to be lower at home position, putting the X axis extrusions into contact with the Z motor couplers. Other Thingiverse designs have issues with the mount hitting the ends of the X axis. This design places the center of the top of the hot end in the same spot as the default Pegasus extruder, preserving print area and avoiding X axis collisions.
