8 mm print bed Pi camera holder arm
youmagine
This is a camera mount designed to attach a Raspberry Pi camera to an 8 mm acrylic print bed. I use it on my GeeTech i3 pro C, but it should fit many other models too. Although it's a bit loose and needs some extra support, which I achieved with sticky tape - yes, the tape says "Zusammenhalten," meaning "stick together." This setup works perfectly in conjunction with OctoPrint (and OctoPi) to create time-lapse videos of printed objects when you have a moving print bed. When combined with Daniel Bull's Raspberry Pi camera mount upper parts, this creates an even more impressive setup. Since the original mount is not included due to licensing issues, I've provided the OpenSCAD file so users can adjust the sizes according to their needs, such as for thinner beds.
