8 minute Face Shield

Human: Hi, Updated file V33 at bottom of page, New today 7 minute print time, print G code included. Prints face shield minus the A4 shield plastic in my case a clear file cover I found poked holes in with solder iron and some string. Print complete cleaned and assembled in 8 minutes. Key is 1mm extruder tip and settings. Below is old 9 minute visor v20 file go to bottom for new file print less than 250mm by 150mm by 5mm Print settings Done on my makerbot replicator 1mm extruder tip yip I drilled it infill 0% layer height .6 number of shells 1 feedrate mm/s 50 travel feedrate 75 print temp 230 HBP 32 PLA Magnetic flexible build plate builders tape sometimes scuffs with sand paper. This file worked and printed at these settings better settings may be possible to find I thought Id upload now rather than try to later use at own risk consult experts. Print pictured on red background has had no clean up tho some minor clean up incase any scratchy edges.
