8" Metal Detector Head

Problem: Building a PI Metal Detector with an 8-inch head ring has been my goal, but I'm encountering a printing issue - my printer cannot accommodate an 8-inch ring. So here's my solution. All parts are designed to snap into place except for the pivot, which requires two screws to secure it to the shaft and one larger plastic bolt to hold it to the bracket. I'm posting this as a starting point for anyone who wants to try building their own metal detector. Having assembled it, I realize that it's excessively overbuilt and could likely be simplified into two halves rather than four quarters, but it works perfectly for me. A refined design is on its way, with a follow-up post planned shortly.
