8 Inch Home Vent Cover

I have an 8 inch x 8 inch duct fan vent for a Hood over the range in the home. Unfortunately the fins that prevent rain water from enter into the vent were blown out by high winds years ago and I have spent countless hours trying to track down replacements (can't really do it). I didn't want to replace the entire vent since it works fine and it's very well installed into the house. So this 45 degree down vent was built to replace it. Print from PETG or ASA/ABS for outdoor longevity, and I recommend using washer to afix the screws so that you don't crack the plastic. Just remove the screws that hold the vent into the houses frame and replace with 1/2" longer ones. It's at a 45 degree angle so prints okay without supports. Though i did manually add one in the dead center for my own print.
